New After School Program Updates 2025:
Expanded Programming: CreationShip as the Hub
Creationship has been added as an expanded outlet for additional programming beyond music wellness, serving as the central hub for all our wellness operations. The Youth Music Wellness Program still exists and remains a core part of what we do, but Creationship now provides even more opportunities for creative expression in areas like visual arts, media production, digital design, wellness activities, and more. This expansion allows us to reach more youth who may connect with different forms of creativity outside of music.
• Food Policy Update: Parents and guardians can now access the weekly food menu through our group chats and email updates. This allows you to decide whether your child will eat the meals provided at the program or if you prefer to send them with a meal from home.

A Creative, Safe, and Inspiring Program for Ages 5-17
The Creationship Kids Youth Music Wellness Program, we create an environment where youth can explore music, media arts, and creative wellness in a structured yet fun atmosphere. Program Policies & Waitinglists Process
At Creationship Kids Youth Music Wellness Program, we strive to create a structured, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants. To maintain fairness and organization, the following policies are in place:
-
Attendance & Participation: Consistency is key for growth. If a participant is repeatedly absent without prior notice, their spot may be given to a child on the waitlist.
-
Late Arrivals & Early Pickups: We encourage full participation in daily activities. If your child will be arriving late or needs to leave early, please notify program staff in advance.
-
Respect & Conduct: All participants are expected to engage in the program with respect for staff, peers, and the creative environment. Repeated behavioral issues may result in temporary or permanent dismissal from the program.
-
Parent/Guardian Communication: Important updates, including food menus, schedule changes, and announcements, will be shared through group chats and email. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to stay informed.
Waitlist & Enrollment Process
-
Due to high demand, Creationship Kids operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program reaches capacity, families will have the opportunity to join our waitlist:
-
Waitlist Enrollment: If a spot opens up, we will contact families in the order they were added to the waitlist.
-
Response Time: Once notified, families will have 24 hours to confirm their spot. If no response is received, the opportunity will be passed to the next family on the list.
-
Rolling Enrollment: Openings may become available throughout the year. Parents are encouraged to keep their contact information updated to ensure they don’t miss an opportunity.
💡 Tip: If your child is on the waitlist, attending a Meet the Counselor session is still required. This helps us stay prepared in case a spot opens up, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.
✨ Our goal is to make sure every child has a chance to participate in this transformative program. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide a creative, supportive space for as many youth as possible!
Private Pay Refund Policy
